I love connecting art and nature: being on a trail, coming across the beauty of the natural world is always inspiring. And then applying some shine! All of these wood pieces are locally sourced (from un-protected forest/wilderness areas) from trails and wilderness areas. Each is unique and cleaned, sanded and coated for protection before the addition of rock chips, beads, stones and badges. This makes for a one-of-a-kind decorative, hanging piece of word art.
